He is responsible for, among others, strengthening client partnerships, delivering overall revenue growth and increasing the visibility and scalability of Fractal. He holds a bachelor’s of commerce degree from Bangalore University and a post-graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He received the Young Alumni Achievers Award in the field of entrepreneurship from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in Fiscal 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. He is one of the founders of our Company and has been associated with our Company since its incorporation.

During his tenure leading digital and innovation, Chetan and his teams have advanced Nationwide’s strategy by strengthening digital and emerging capabilities, reimagining processes across the value chain, and launching new products and solutions. Chetan oversees Nationwide's AI strategy, including championing their investment to accelerate AI‑driven process transformation and elevate the customer experience. Under his leadership, the Innovation and Digital Organization embraces a learning and experimentation mindset with a path to scalability that propels Nationwide's growth engine. Chetan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Miami University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Muskingum University.
